What is Art Journal Advent?
Art Journal Advent is all about mindfulness and selfcare in December.
With daily journal prompts - from December 1st until the 24th - we encourage you to take a short "time-out" by simply taking some time for yourself and your creativity.
Our prompts are a wonderful mix of self reflection, mindfulness and creative fun!
How does it work?
Both Tamara* and I will show you how you can make your very own personal art journal.
*Tamara's Tutorial is in German and in exclusively in her "Art Journal Club"
Keep in mind that you can use any art journal at all. You do not have to make one.
The fun starts on December 1st. You will receive a daily prompt - either on Instagram @artjournaladvent or via email.
Use our hashtag #artjournaladvent2023 and tag @artjournaladvent - you might even be featured on our Instagram account!
We encourage you to check out the posts using the hashtag and connect with our world wide community.

Please keep in mind that you don't have to make an extravagant page and you don't have to do this each and every day if you don't find the time. It's sometimes nice to just sit down, take a deep breath and center your thoughts on the daily prompt. Whatever and however you choose to work with the daily prompts is totally up to you.
