What is Art Journal Advent?
Art Journal Advent is all about mindfulness and selfcare in December. With daily journal prompts - from December 1st until the 24th - we encourage you to take a short "time-out" by simply taking some time for yourself and your creativity.
Our prompts are a wonderful mix of self reflection, mindfulness and creative fun!
How does it work?
The fun begins around the middle of November. Both Tamara and I will show you how you can make your very own personal art journal.
Remember, this is not a must. You can, of course, use any kind of journal that you have.
Starting December 1st you will receive a daily prompt - either on Instagram @artjournaladvent or via email*
- you sign up for our daily prompts below. If you prefer to get the prompts in German, please hop on over to Tamara's website.
Use our hashtag #artjournaladvent2022 and tag @artjournaladvent - you might even be featured on our Instagram account!
We encourage you to please check out the other posts using the hashtag to connect with the community.

Please keep in mind that you don't have to make an extravagant page and you don't have to do this each and every day if you don't find the time. It's sometimes nice to just sit down, take a deep breath and center your thoughts on the daily prompt. Whatever and however you choose to work with the daily prompts is totally up to you.
